Every effort has been made to ensure that this site is accessible to as wide an audience as possible. The English section of the site has been tested against Bobby level A compliance, and is designed to operate with a wide range of user-selected font sizes and screen resolutions. It has also been tested using the most popular web browsers.

Although the site uses dynamic elements such as Flash, all key information is available in text format for users who do not have access to Flash players or graphics within their browsers.

The English section of the site has been tested for compliance against the W3C HTML4 Transitional standard. The majority of pages are fully compliant; however, some pages which include dynamic elements such as scrolling text and Flash do not fully meet the criteria.
